This blog began as a vehicle to control/reduce my stash, but I've come to realize that's never going to happen! So, I'm using it to record all of my knitting projects, and manage my stash, knowing that it will never really get smaller (after all, what fun is that?!)
Top This Hats - 4 of them. From the Yarn Attic, Hillsborough NJ. Holiday presents.Giraffe, Lion, Unicorn, Puppy (with a twist - added some blue to make it more boyish, and the NY Giants logo, since he's a big fan).
Inside Out Hat - used Claudia fingering (now called Addiction), and a store pattern from The Yarn Attic. Hat begins at the top of one side, and works down and up to the top of the other side.
Stripes & Blocks Hat - used stash yarn for the dark gray, and Abracadabra color changing yarn as the light color. Color changes from white to a grey/blue.
Easy Ombre Hat - used stash yarn for the dark gray, and Abracadabra color changing yarn as the light color. Color changes from white to pink. Yarn purchased at The Blue Purl in Madison NJ, and The Yarn Attic in Hillsborough NJ.
Flap Top Mittens - Juniper Moon Moonshine and pattern is from "Handknit Holidays" by Melanie Falick. Gift to my hairdresser (of 20+ years), because she lost one of the ones I gave her years ago! Yarn purchased at The Yarn Attic in Hillsborough NJ.
Brioche Beanie - used stash yarn (DK weight). Produced as part of a Brioche Workshop I taught at The Yarn Attic. Ended up giving this one away for the holiday.
